Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Able to sell the following services
• Website Design and development,
• Mobile Apps Ios & Android
• Graphic Designing & Branding
• Online marketing (Google SEO / SEM)
• Social Media marketing
• Video Editing and Animation
• Photoshoot

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a IT sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong business sense and IT industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• UAE Driving License is a must
